We each have unique experiences and needs and one therapeutic approach will not work for everyone. I will work to understand you and your goals for our time together. Together we will determine what steps you need to take to get where you want to be. Painful experiences and overwhelming emotions can leave you feeling helpless and out of control. My Professional Background
I received a Bachelor of Social Work from Madonna University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan. Since obtaining my Master’s degree I have worked with a variety of populations including those dually diagnosed with mental illness and substance use disorders, homeless and runaway youth and trauma survivors. In addition to working directly with clients, I also spent ten years developing and running mental health programs in leadership roles.

Like many others, the pandemic caused me to reevaluate my life and priorities. I realized that while I loved the work I was doing in my role as a manager of a hospital based state-wide mental health program and I really wanted to return to doing full time clinical therapy work. In 2022 I left my hospital job and opened my practice.
